Domestic Shipping (U.S Shipping): 3-5 Business Days

International Shipping: 10-15 Business Days

 

IMPORTANT

 To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

PROCESSING AND DISPATCHING

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Orders typically ship the same or next business day.  Orders placed Saturday afternoon-Sunday will ship out Monday.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. 

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.

If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Note: EyeQBoutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!

Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
